Refund and Returns Policy


If for any reason, within 30 days from date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the return shipment.

You may return any item (as defined below) purchased on to the address  “730 Florida St, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States” in accordance with the terms below:

  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery. You must log in to your account using your email and a one time code. You will then have the option to request a return authorization number and return label. You can also email
  • You will be issued a return authorization number that must be included along with your returned item.
  • You must ship the item to the address provided within 7 days of receipt of your RMA.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage of the returned item(s) while in transit back to
  • If the return is refused the buyer will have the option to pay for return shipping of their item.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • All our items are inspected twice before shipping to ensure that they are without defects
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the cost of the restocking fee (if applicable).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Many refunds take 3-7 business days to show up in your account
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you further instructions on where to return your item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Orders returned without first contacting Roldonbok will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible if your return is lost in the mail.
